Casa Yakunah is a low-impact house that draws almost all of its energy from its environment. Since there is no “grid” in the reserve, solar, wind, and rain create the energy needed to provide guests with modern conveniences while still being immersed in nature.

Additional Info
• Maximum 10 guests
• A villa service charge of 5% is required prior to check–in
• Non-smoking villa, violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 USD per day cleaning fee
• One-week rentals are preferred
• Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)
• Alcoholic beverages are not included in the rental fee
• Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed
