Casa Ixchel is a completely auto-sufficient building, powered by the sun, wind, and an ultra-silent backup generator. The zero-carbon property offers all the modern comforts such as air conditioning, Sky TV, Wi-Fi internet, as well as all essential beach gear for snorkeling, kayaking, and beach toys for kids.
Casa Ixchel Cenote has its own access directly across the street to private two story deck with living and dining area, roof top perfect for sunbathing and diving area, bathroom, changing room, and amazing wood trail to walk between the mangroves.

About Beach Zone
Surrounded by tropical jungle and endless views of the turquoise waters, Casa Ixchel offers privacy and seclusion from the busy beaches of the Tulum hotel zone, although close enough to enjoy Tulum's wide range of archaeological site and eco-tourist attractions.
Casa Ixchel is the last property before the entrance to the Sian Ka'an biosphere, at the southern end of the hotel zone, which is approximately 15 to 20 minutes driving from Tulum town. Rent a car at the Cancun Airport or arrange for us to have a you picked up. The drive to Casa Ixchel is about two hours from Cancun.
