• The villa is located in a residential zone, thus loud music is not allowed past 11pm
• Failure to respect this rule will result in immediate termination of stay
• Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only
• Small, coordinated gatherings and daytime visitors are allowed, with consent from the host
• No extra overnight guests may stay in the villa without informing the host
• Any damages to the property will incur additional costs
