Hilton Head is a beautiful island and home to Palmetto Dunes; with its bike trails, championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants and sugar-white beaches, it is the perfect place to relax.

The second level of this home has spectacular views. The main living area is open plan, with a large living room leading to a balcony, perfect for alfresco dining and BBQs. The two dining rooms include a table that can seat up to ten guests and a smaller area that can seat up to six guests. The spacious kitchen area has been recently renovated, the open-plan design makes it perfect for large family gatherings. This bedroom has a walk-through closet and a full bath with a shower.

Outdoors you will find the private pool area complete with a spa, two sets of tables with seating for seven, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the second-floor balcony which can also be accessed through the inside of the home.
