On the main level, the large indoor living room furnished with a sofa and benches opens onto the long, heated swimming pool and the terrace swept by tropical breezes. The modern kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals to be enjoyed around the large outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to ten people with views over the pool and the ocean. Very functional and bright, the kitchen opens onto both the living room and the small garden at the back of the house.

The large terrace is a true haven of peace. A 20-meter heated infinity swimming pool faces the outstanding panorama. There are deckchairs with soft cushions on the deck for delightful sunbathing sessions. At the other end of the pool, you’ll enjoy relaxing under the gazebo with a comfortable lounge facing the breathtaking ocean view. The other two bedrooms are slightly smaller and are located on the lower level. For sports lovers, a well-equipped fitness room is at your disposal and includes an additional kitchen for those wishing to enjoy a snack at any time.
