Located directly on Baie Rouge Beach, this Saint Martin villa rental is a gorgeous mix of contemporary styling and Caribbean relaxation. Carisa is a fully air-conditioned villa, and has a separate media room with a 60-inch Plasma TV and top quality THX audio system both for watching DVDs (you'll swear you are in the theatre) or listening to CDs. You can play music out to the open Gazebo, the pool area, or even listen to it in the raised heated Jacuzzi.

Bedrooms feature high-end plush mattresses, triple shower heads, Popup plasma TVs, separate DVD players, and remote control roman shades on the windows. You press a button and the view of the ocean comes pouring in. Carisa can be rented as a one or two-bedroom villa.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs and two fiercely competing beach bars are providing chairs and umbrellas, food and drink. A few hundred feet away from the bars, the beach becomes more clothing optional.The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.

By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.
