This magnificent Spanish-style family villa boasts five bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, a guest bathroom, and spectacular unobstructed ocean views on a southwest-facing property in the most popular neighborhood in St Maarten, Pelican Key. The villa sits on a large double lot with a landscaped garden lot that the pool deck overlooks.
This property has an open-concept kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar. The kitchen and living room connect to the pool deck that boasts a large saltwater pool, outdoor shower, dining, and lounging areas with an expansive view of the Caribbean Sea and brilliant sunsets. There is also a separate laundry room.
The land is fenced, and the property is gated. There are traditional vaulted ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors throughout the home.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor plus a game room with a foosball table and board games, three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and built-in closets, and two bedrooms directly connect to the pool deck. There is also a one-bedroom apartment on the lower level of the property which serves as the 5th bedroom (with exterior access). The apartment has a wet bar with a coffee maker and also has a view of the ocean.
Pelican Key is the most popular and upscale neighborhood in St Maarten. This villa is close to everything with many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within walking distance. Pelican Key is the idyllic neighborhood in St Maarten as it is quiet and tucked away, but still a leisurely walk or short drive away from exactly where you want to be.
