Living the Dream at Las Arenas is a luxury two-bedroom two and a half bathroom penthouse located on St. Maarten’s longest beach – the Simpson Bay Beach. This fourth-floor apartment offers incredible 180-degree ocean, island, and mega yacht views.
Featuring a spacious wrap-around balcony, a large common pool, and direct beach access, Living the Dream is the beach lover’s perfect vacation property. Each room has balcony access where you can enjoy amazing views of the islands, like St. Kitts & Nevis, Statia, Saba, and Anguilla/French side. The central location means restaurants; shopping, and bars are all within walking distance.
Each bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
The condo and the residence are completely non-smoking. It is forbidden to smoke at all times and in all areas – whether exterior or interior – of the residence and condo.
