Morning Star is a 4-bedroom villa set on the hillside, overlooking the sandy north end of Columbus Beach and offering a partial ocean view, this single-level home features a full kitchen and open-plan living and dining room. French doors open onto an expansive deck with a heated pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table. Its distinguishing characteristics include a mural of floating roses on the dining room wall and a colourful ombre wall in each bedroom.

Morning Star is approximately 50m from the beach and just 200m from the tennis and pickleball courts. Calico Restaurant is a 10-15 minute walk or 3-minute golf-cart ride. Monck Beach is a 15-20 minute walk or 5-minute ride, and the Club House is a 6-minute ride. For larger groups looking to book multiple homes near each other, Morning Star is within a 2-minute walk from Poseidon and Lady Blue and less than a 3-minute golf cart ride from Aurora.

Calico Calico is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving Caribbean and international cuisine, gourmet à la carte fine dining and theme nights with seasonal specials such as seafood paella and grilled lobster in season. Snacks and treats are available 24 hours between meals at the snack station. Calico is a short walk along the waterfront boardwalk from the 1-Bedroom Beach Front Suites located on nearby Monck Beach.

Club House The Club House serves up a menu of grilled light fare, burgers, paninis, salads and fun food for all ages. The Club House is located about 5 minutes away from Monck Beach and the Calico Jack Pavilion by golf cart and offers a beach club with beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and an activity center with pool and ping-pong tables, video games and board games.
