Pros: Beautiful beach and sea with above average snorkelling for the Caribbean Nice rooms, clean and modern Hotel and surrounding areas spotlessly clean and tidy and in excellent condition. Some great classes run with good instructors. Anthony the guest presenter really improved this resort and its whole vibe as he got everyone involved and the classes started to fill making them more enjoyable. Cons: Not enough food choice. Restaurants have very limited menu unless you pay for the upgraded menu even the buffet only had one meat choice. Very expensive for the level of room and service provided. Mini bar only has 1 bottle of water per day which is poor for an all inclusive resort. Not even close to other resorts in this price range. Air con broken or ineffective in some of the restaurants and exercise class locations. Quality of spa treatment varied greatly depending on who you got as your therapist. Some waiting staff were very rude and looked miserable. Overall the resort is beautiful and I see how people return often but I did hear a lot of returning customers grumbling over cost and food choice while there this time. The activities are great but not on par with holidays by Neilson or Mark Warner in Europe, especially the water sports which are good fun but very limited as there is sometimes a long queue of people for a 2 minute ski or tube pull which was surprising because the resort was less than 50% full. Some of the staff were brilliant especially Donna & the bodyguards. The real highlight was when Anthony turned up and started motivating everyone to get involved in the activities. This changed the whole vibe of the resort as when we arrived we were the only participants in some of the beach fit classes and spin classes but once Anthony and many of his returning guests arrived the next spin class was full and beach fit had 15 plus people which made it so much more enjoyable. I had an incredible back and neck massage from Cheryl on the last day and a great Serenity massage from Trisha. Dwayne was by far the best beach operative and always kept bringing us drinks and helped with beach towels etc. On the days he wasn't around it was really noticeable how much harder he worked compared the others on duty as we didn't see them. The welcome drinks at the Villa up the hill was great and the sunset boat ride on Friday night was really good fun. Overall a really good holiday and I wouldn't rule out coming back if I knew Anthony would be there but the cost is prohibitive as I have visited alternative locations which have better activities, food choice, rooms and service for less money. However the Bodyholiday does all of it well

BodyHoliday is the most accommodating resort I’ve been to. The service is exquisite and the activities are varied for every facet of physicality. My favorite area on the resort is the spa, getting a great massage everyday is so relaxing and welcome. My facial was done by Samson, and I left feeling healed and glowing. I got the MMA Hydrate and Detox facial, and I can’t wait to go back for another. My skin is very sensitive and has been scarred from psoriasis but the attention to my skin by Samson was perfect, leaving my skin clean and hydrated even with all the issues. I had a lovely session and Samson made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend the facial!! The whole trip was incredible and I cannot recommend this resort enough!

The best all inclusive resort! Everything about this resort is outstanding! The variety of food they offer is incredible, very fresh and lots of healthy options. They offer communal tables for singles traveling which was much appreciated as it was a great way to meet other people at the report. I had an ocean view room and it was beautiful. There is so much to do and you can do as much or as little as you want and they offer so many activities from pilates to hobie cat lessons to tennis to spinning, the list is endless! The spa services are all amazing. The staff at the resort are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to this resort and have recommended it to many people.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. Last time was pre covid. First time I came I stayed 7 nights, then came back and did 10, then this last visit was 12 nights. As u can see I loved it lots and maybe next time I’ll do 14 :) If you are travelling solo this is a perfect resort to go to. Everyone makes you feel welcome and there are plenty of others there who also travel solo. I stayed in a garden room, but a few days into my holiday they needed to fix something in my room and I was moved to an ocean room. Both rooms were perfect for me, although the ocean room has now made me feel maybe I should book this next time. It was much more spacious, modern and had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The food and drink at this resort were perfect. Lots of choice and great service. The activities here are amazing. So much choice and the instructors (bodyguards) are the best. Very enthusiastic and u really get a great workout. They do spin classes, morning walks/runs, studio classes, beach boot camps, tennis, yoga and much more. The spa was lovely and a 50 minute treatment is included every full day of your holiday. Just make sure you book the times early online before you go to make sure u get what you want. Whilst I was there I went on a private tour with Marlon, one of the Bodyguards. This is arranged through the hotel and was great value and he was an excellent guide and they can tailor make your tour to want you want. Definitely recommend doing this! I hope to come back here again next year and would recommend to anyone who wants to come to St Lucia.

My friend and I had the most amazing time at the BodyHoliday resort. I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday. If you are looking for a restful, relaxing, fun filled all inclusive experience, please visit this place! I wish I could have stayed longer because there are so many activities to do. Our ocean view room was so clean, comfortable and we loved having the evening turn down service. The private beach is so beautiful and having an opportunity to engage in various water activities (snorkeling, paddle boarding, tubing, sailing) made for a great time. The daily spa treatments were the icing on the cake. I enjoyed every single treatment from the chair massage to the aloe Vera body wrap. Advice to future visitors, make sure you attend your spa treatments and respect the time of the spa staff. They work so hard. The dining and food experience was incredible. We truly enjoyed the Friday beach bbq and I highly recommend trying Tao! The staff made our experience extra special. Thank you Zelda for going above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonder birthday. Thank you Leah for being an amazing guide and showing us around the resort. Thank you Tevin for providing excellent service during afternoon tea. Thank you Dwight for taking such good care of us during our water activities. You were an excellent guide! Lastly, thank you to all the wonderful restaurant and spa staff.
