This place is really nice! Had trouble with communication and a 3rd party booking so had to pay $700 usd on top of trip cost. Upgraded us.. to the wing under construction all day. Nice room tho! Gym is best I've seen around! Staff were friendly. Food and atmosphere is amazing. Didn't mean to be if rude, I still had fun. Thanks

Best Experience
I loved this resort and the atmosphere. Twisted timbers was my favorite bar with Juerecia and Yarobis! This trip was very relaxing and the workers were very attentive. If I come back to Punta Cana I would definitely only come to cap Cuna Ziva!!!

Gym
I am here on a girls trip and we all took Patrick’s functional training class at the gym and he was great! The gym is so big and offers classes throughout the day. Can’t wait to try his spin class tomorrow. It’s a great perk to have included in the resort!

Best hotel ever!
This hotel is really the very best we have visited in Punta Cana and around the world. There is really nothing negative to say about it. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Shout out to Amado, Freddy and Maximo in the pool area. They were all on top of their game and extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was not cheap but it was worth every penny. Keep up the good work!

Family vacation
We had an amazing stay the employees were very sweet and attentive. They took great care of us. Melvin, at Mercado was so genuine was and it was so great getting to know him! He took great care of us every visit! Gerado, Deiby and Erika at the pool bars were also very nice and took great care of us! We were pleasantly surprised with pina coladas in a pinapple after it was specially requested. It was so nice getting to know Chabelly at Brandos for dinner. She was very helpful and personable. Dilainy at One Eyed Cat was great as well! Also, Eduardo at Tempest was very sweet and attentive. He kept us laughing the whole night! Our butler Will was amazing! He made sure we were taken care of our entire stay and made sure our stay was as great and smooth and possible. We recieved 5 star service from every one of the employees previously mentioned, and truly enjoyed our stay! Each one of them made our visit memorable in their own ways and were all amazing! We miss it already and cannot wait to come back and visit! Thank you so much to eveyone of them!
