Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

This was the first and certainly not the last time I will be at this resort! From the the hotel itself, the staff especially our butler, Leonardo, the amazing entertainment staff, specifically Yilver, the food, the drinks from the best bartenders especially Manuel and Ariel, the cleanliness you name it, it was all so amazing. I came with my best friend for my 30th birthday and I was blown away! Leonardo, our butler was so friendly and texted us every morning with the daily schedule and after breakfast he brought down our pool floats so we didn’t have to make another trip back up to the room. He also had a bottle and champagne in the room with a cake saying happy Birthday along with rose petals on the ground leading up to my bed that said HBD! My birthday week was nothing short of amazing because of him! Another very very kind employee I can’t thank enough is Yilver! So energetic, happy, and so fun! He showed me how to throw a dart (which now I should go pro) he hyped everything and everyone up about all the games for that day, he brought us coconut drinks from the beach while we were at the pool, so good! He came and checked on us all the time. Everything about him was amazing! He deserves a BIG raise! It wouldn’t have been as fun without him! And lastly, the staff always had a smile on their face no matter what and every restaurant we went to they sang me happy birthday with a dessert and beautiful candle type thing. I could not recommend this place enough! I had the best birthday week ever because we came here. So beautiful and can’t wait to be back! Especially to see Leonardo and Yilver!!!

What an awesome experience! This was our first time in the Dominican Republic and at a Secrets Resort. We had wonderful accommodations and superb service! Our butler, Ricardo, was outstanding, as were his service cohorts. We want to shout out to Rigoberto, Vanessa, Jorge, and Esperanza; they made us feel so comfortable! The resort is gorgeous and the beach is beautiful.

This place was amazing! The staff were EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at any point. All the restaurants and venues and within an easy walking distance. Easy access to the beach! La Diva and the Entertainment team were fantastic at getting people involved in activities. Flor made the best crepes with her vibrant energy! Jose made the best omelettes with his friendly face. Gerson was a great waiter! Peñel was the BEST concierge! Daniel, Robinson, and Henry Cocktails made the best frozen drinks, mixed drinks, margaritas AND shots. I felt safe at this place the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Just wow. The hotel and staff were just another level. The facilities were spotless and so clean. The restaurants and food were all unbelievable. It’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at that I haven’t got bored of the buffet for breakfast and lunch due to the choice and quality of food. Big shoutout sandy who made all of our omelettes who remembered our orders from the 2nd day! The Asian restaurant teppanyaki experience was so good and shoutout to Catalino who served us he was unbelievable. The best part of my stay was meeting Yilver and Eli who are part of the entertainment team. Both became more like brothers by the end of the stay and family. They manage to get so many guests involved in all of the games and activities, but were never pushy when trying to round up people to play. Everyone wanted to join in because of their energy! Thanks to both of them for the laughs and conversations whilst playing table tennis and volleyball! The beach and views are just sensational and it’s great getting to use the water equipment for free. We had a swim up room which I would recommend as it’s relaxing to have in the morning or after you’re finished at the pool/beach. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
