Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

This resort was absolutely AMAZING!!! From the room, the view, the staff, and food, we had such an unforgettable time. We stayed in the Junior Suite Deluxe Ocean Front Room with the plunge pool. I highly Recommend this accommodation. Especially since this is where we got ENGAGED!! The entire staff was so kind and helpful. We had a personal concierge named JJ, and he was the BEST! He helped me schedule a surprise birthday for my fiancé and a couples massage on our terrace. The food was very flavorful and delicious, you could taste the care put into the meals. You receive 24/7 free room service, which we used often. Also, getting the mini bar replenished everyday was a savior, especially the water!!!!! One minor but significant disinterest with our stay would be the local beach merchants that struggle to accept “No, thank you”. However, one could gain a more secluded beach experience near the resorts “Indigo” restaurant, where there’s a bar and food options with wait staff. When choosing this resort, you’ll have a very relaxing, chill, and rejuvenating time!

So this is our 9 th visit to this hotel .. I have always given 5 stars before however the 4 stars is for a reason which I hope the hotel takes on board as per my review attached .. So Sept 23 my wife and I came for my birthday . Unfortunately we had a nasty E. coli bug the entire 2 weeks along with many other guests ., we were very poorly .. not sure. How it happened but a lot of guests at that trip let’s just say were stuck in their rooms . The hotel very kindly gave my wife and I a free week and we returned this year September for my birthday again. And on this occasion, I had my daughters join us from the UK as I was celebrating a special birthday. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are lovely. It is a beautiful little Oasis. You drive past many big concrete hotels on the way to it, but when you arrive at the zoetry you come through the gates and you are in a little Oasis. In my opinion, it is breathtaking!! So why am I not leaving a five star review this time . Last year, September 23 when we were at the resort they were doing up a couple of rooms on the meandering swimming pool river. The noise was excessive and parts of the room were falling into the river to be honest with you, it didn’t bother me that much as unfortunately I spent most of the two weeks in the room. This year, same thing. They were refurbishing ocean suites right next to the pool. This started at 8:30am in the morning and went on till 630pm in the evening Loud pneumatic drills/ just general building work. And when you’re sat by the pool you cannot ignore it I guess they use September to do this.. So my question to the hotel is Lots of five star hotels around the world, close for a few weeks for essential maintenance. Why does the zoetry not do this .. Surely it would make more sense, so not to disrupt the guests to do the essential building works in a period of time of closure just like many many other places. I accept you would lose the revenue for those weeks but if it is not feasible or possible, perhaps it should be mentioned on the website that you are doing construction works just so everybody that comes knows.. In the last few days of our trip, after what was a very quiet stay with the exception of the building works. A large party of people turned up for a wedding and they were very loud. Listen people want to enjoy themselves I completely get it. However, maybe just one other policy that might work is to have the swim up bar, Pool as the noisy pool and maybe the other main pool next to the restaurant as a quiet pool . At the moment, it is fair game for anyone.. But to be very clear, this hotel is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. The location is lovely. They struggle a bit with seaweed on the beach at this particular place, but the staff do absolutely everything they can to keep it cleared . The location is breathtaking And like I said the staff are lovely We know many of them very well I do hope my comments are not taken the wrong way, perhaps just constructive. I had an absolutely lovely birthday and the restaurant manager even cooked me my favourite meal that my daughters arranged you cannot ask for better service than that!! .. thank you again for a lovely trip . I am sure we will back for our 10th stay with you sometime soon!!

Amada was great took care of everything we needed. Resort was gorgeous! We had an awesome time beautiful spa and dining. We loved the pizzas by the pool and the beach was immaculate every time we went. Room service was quick and the maid service always did a great job!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The perfect place to totally relax! The staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is very fresh and delicious. The rooms are spacious and the views from the large patios are amazing! It's a great value for the price.

This resort was by far the most amazing location that I have ever visited in my life!! My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and were treated like royalty from the second we walked in. It is truly paradise here at the resort. The staff is SO friendly, and they all know you by name and anticipate all your needs and even your wants. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you are always having the most perfect vacation. For us, the location was perfect because it was away from all the other vacationers and gave us an opportunity to just relax and be together. We never wanted to leave the resort and were even sad when it was time to leave for our excursions off site. Hands down the best vacation of my life! We WILL be back! Special shoutout to our personal concierge, Wiris, and our favorite bartender, Starlin!
