A Truly Exceptional Experience – The Ritz-Carlton Krabi Saved Our Holiday! We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Krabi, and can honestly say it was the highlight of our three-week trip through Thailand as a family of four. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – with special thanks to Angela, our wonderful hostess, who looked after us with such warmth and care, and to Pam in the kids club, who made our children feel so special and entertained. We initially stayed for just one night before moving to another nearby hotel – which, unfortunately, turned out to be a huge disappointment. It didn’t come close to the standard we had experienced at the Ritz, despite also being marketed as a five-star resort. Within hours, we were on the phone to the Ritz-Carlton team, who couldn’t have been more helpful. They arranged our return for a further four nights, and it honestly felt like coming home. Our villa was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The resort grounds are breathtaking, the pool is enormous with a brilliant swim-up bar, and the spa is truly world-class – easily one of the best we’ve ever been to. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every meal was a treat, but the seafood restaurant and the Thai restaurant were our absolute favourites – the quality and flavour were unlike anything else we’ve had in Thailand. The team at The Ritz-Carlton Krabi truly saved our holiday, turning a disappointing detour into a perfect escape. The level of service, attention to detail, and sheer warmth of the staff made this experience unforgettable. We cannot wait to return – thank you for everything!

Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Krabi was beyond exceptional—an experience that touched our hearts from the moment we arrived. Right at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel management team, something we’ve never experienced before. Their personal attention made us feel truly special, like valued guests, not just visitors. Every little detail showed how much the hotel cares about guests’ comfort and feelings. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always smiling. The hotel itself is full of charming touches and beautiful design elements that stand out. Our room was spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light and greenery. The layout was perfect, with a comfortable bed, luxury amenities, and a Smart TV that connected easily to our favorite apps. The green views outside blended beautifully with the calm tones of the room. The private pool and separate bath area created a romantic atmosphere—ideal for couples. Breakfast was both elegant and delicious. The hotel manager greeted guests at the restaurant with a warm smile, making the morning even more pleasant. We also went on a day trip to a nearby island, arranged by the hotel. Even though we can’t recall the island’s name, the service and organization were top-notch. This stay was truly unforgettable—a dream come true. We felt deeply relaxed, cared for, and happy every moment of our time there. A heartfelt thank you to the leadership team: Khun Javid, Khun Ian, Khun Sagar ,Director of Rooms, Khun Tanya (Asst. Front Office Manager), and Khun Bom (Loss Prevention Manager), for their thoughtful care. Also, a special thank you to Khun Salaam, who took care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely come back. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s peace of mind, comfort, and pure relaxation. A true slice of paradise in Krabi.

Nothing you see online about this resort does it justice. We only stayed there two nights while transitioning between other areas, but the second that we stepped foot onto the property, we knew we should have booked it for longer. The grandeur of the facilities and room can't be described and the service was truly second-to-none. A special mention to our butler, Jake, who we absolutely adored. He's a true asset to Phulay Bay and helped make our experience especially memorable.

From the moment you arrive u are transported into something very unique , we have never experienced such sublime service from arrival to departure we were in hands of Habib our butler ( he must be the best in the word) he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed every moment . Managers come to see you at breakfast and around in the day to have a daily chat adding the personal touch , unusual these days ! Lovely people everywhere guest , staff all just amazing . The villas are outstanding so cool , food is great , sunset bar perfect spot , spa and gym perfect too . Plenty to do locally on ur door step just a few minutes in a tuck tuck - can’t beat this location ! Complimentary daily trip to Hong island for white sand and coconuts ! We will return soon Pulay Bay you are the best ! Try Beach bar 79 for local beach evening fun !

Looking for paradise?, then look no further. This hotel blew us away…..everything and I mean everything was just perfect. This hotel is only matched by our stay at The One & Only Palm Dubai. If you’re looking for Ultra Luxury then I recommend this resort 100% . We had a Reserve Pavilion that not only had the largest bed we have ever slept in but also the largest bath. The greeting upon entering the resort is very special (sorry but I’m not going to spoil the surprise for future guests) You are made to feel as if you are the most important person in house and from our butler Pin who did a fabulous job ferrying us around on the club buggy to the pool staff who tended to our every wish (I wanted a strawberry milkshake, not on the menu but hey no worries let’s make you one. The attitude of never say “No” is clearly a motto and culture of the staff/resort Now I class myself as a bit of a foodie…..you will not be disappointed as good as any Michelin Starred restaurant you will be spoilt for choice and quality (Just been awarded 3 Michelin Keys - justly deserved) Thanks Ritz Charlton Reserve Phulay Bay, a job well done……The only problem we had was leaving…..we will be back P.S we did the complementary trip to Hong Island well worth it
