The best
Having spent 27 happy summers at the Rivage Palace Hotel was one of the best things. My husband and I ever did. From the day we arrived to the day we left every attention to detail has been taken care of, and I believe is still being taken care of

Nice hotel with awful breakfast
A very nice hotel with an exceptional view on Lac Leman. The property itself and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was not up to a standards of a 5-star hotel. I had to wait quite a long time for an omelet to be ready, and the charged me CHF 14.- for a french toast… When letting the staff know about this issue they did not seem to care, I was told that the host should have informed me about this charge. No one told me nor I expected to be charged for a french toast in a 5-star property. The fruit selection was very limited and again not what I would expect in a property of such level. The pastries were rather dry in the morning. After my stay even a member of the F&B team reached out to me, but they did not show any kind of sympathy or compensation for these issues… However, my dinner experience in Café Beau-Rivage was really nice, with exquisite food and amazing service. I would highly recommend this restaurant! As for the hotel, it is very nice, but again if you expect to have a nice breakfast this is not the place.

Excellent as Always
Always a pleasure returning to this lovely hotel which is very well appointed and where staff manage to remember your name. Somewhat irritating the bar and jaapanese restaurant were closed for refurbishment.
