The Good: Beautiful rooms, guerlain amenities, well-manicured lawns, fascinating sculptures, and fun to read the historical displays. With regards to the staff, Mathieu at Kaigan absolutely made our trip one of the best with his personal, welcoming service and Ryan at the concierge was one of the most helpful and resourceful as he managed to find a small winery that had the grape variety we wanted. Guerlain spa's facial was also magical. The Sad: One of Guerlain spa's therapist was definitely not apt at body massage - and she was assigned again to my sister the next session even after I provided this feedback! The aircon was a major headache was I was forced to call 4 days in a row to get it turned on and still no one managed to fix it until I complained at the front desk on day 4. The bathroom amenities were not always replenished after housekeeping services

Truly exceptional stay in this spectacular hotel. One feels like royalty from the minute you arrive. The hotel is gorgeous. We were upgrade to a jr suite looking at the lake nd it exceeded our dreams of the perfect stay. Zelie is guest services is welcoming, kind and helpful as it all the staff. We ate at the brasserie which was fine dining at its best. This was a memorable magnificent stay and one we will always remember. Merci!

Magnificent hotel with incredible views on Lake Geneva. The entire staff has been extremely welcoming and nice which made the experience truly exceptional.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s décor and ambiance exude pure luxury, both in the common areas and the room itself. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and felt more like a wellness retreat experience than a typical hotel meal. With the cooler weather, I found myself lingering in the room longer just to soak in the comfort and the stunning view. I would highly recommend this hotel for a honeymoon, a luxury getaway, or even as a refreshing escape during a business trip.

A wonderful Easter Brunch. A very large selection of foods for everyone in the party to enjoy and choose from. A stunning location to sit and enjoy the spring vibes overlooking the lake. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The only thing is that the music was a little overpowering at times with both cello and piano. I admittedly preferred the young harpist I heard last summer, her repertoire was very unique. The musicians themselves were great I’m sure but not perfectly suited. But a fantastic day and worth the money! Will hopefully attend another brunch on our next visit to Lausanne.
