Beau-Rivage Palace

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s décor and ambiance exude pure luxury, both in the common areas and the room itself. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and felt more like a wellness retreat experience than a typical hotel meal. With the cooler weather, I found myself lingering in the room longer just to soak in the comfort and the stunning view. I would highly recommend this hotel for a honeymoon, a luxury getaway, or even as a refreshing escape during a business trip.

A wonderful Easter Brunch. A very large selection of foods for everyone in the party to enjoy and choose from. A stunning location to sit and enjoy the spring vibes overlooking the lake. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The only thing is that the music was a little overpowering at times with both cello and piano. I admittedly preferred the young harpist I heard last summer, her repertoire was very unique. The musicians themselves were great I’m sure but not perfectly suited. But a fantastic day and worth the money! Will hopefully attend another brunch on our next visit to Lausanne.

We had been to this property many times and loved the spa, however, the new brand is cold, uninviting, and the service quality has significantly declined while the price as increased!

The Beau-Rivafe Palace is situated in an amazing setting overlooking the Lac Leman and the snowed Swiss Alps. It is as far as it gets in the pretending Palace assumption. The welcoming staff at the front desk truly excel in their welcoming and the concierges are knowledgeable and friendly. We had a beautiful Lake Side Suite overlooking the lake, but unfortunately the TV was not working and the Nespresso machine either. The room service in quite poor and the food that should be hot comes luke warm at best. They pride themselves with the lake view cafe, the prize is the view, as per the service... what service. Please, please is there anyone out there. Then, after long waits you need to wait your turn because they are overwhelmed. Is this a Palace or a cafeteria. Then after all, the food is ... and cold. Please do not ask for a coffee. It is bitter,burnt and cold.! As per the turndown bed, they leave the trash basket as is for a couple of day's and nights that we spent there. Again is this a Palace at Palace rates.

The offered upgraded, kind service and the excellent spa helped me to calm down and recharge after a day of flight cancelation, delayed connecting flight and overwhelmed airport staff. It was like reaching an oasis with very obliging hosts.
