Beautiful and historic property with excellent food and service!
Beautiful historic property in the heart of Tuscany. Amazing food and service. This was a Tuscan Villa for the Medici Family and now the Ferrgamo's. It is as peaceful as it beautiful. A truly special place! There is also a medical village on the 750 acre property as well.

Such a gorgeous place, with amazing staff. We loved them all and felt like they loved us! Michalis was so much fun, knew a ton about the property and food, and was so, so accommodating. Annalisa was an amazing bartender and incredibly patient when it came to working with us. There wasn’t a single complaint for the staff, which I feel made our trip even better!!

What a special place! Totally unique with accommodation in a medieval village. Beautiful setting, wonderful trails to walk or bike on, fabulous food and excellent service. Lots to do there and in surrounding area. Very relaxing.we will definitely go back!

Endless hills, fields and sky all around you, you feel truly "hugged" by the beautiful surroundings. The property and team do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and immersed in the setting and its a wonderful experience. Its an amazing place for a well needed break.

Tuscan Retreat
Incredible long weekend at Il Borro. Highly recommend coming with family and friends to stay at the La Posta villa. The pool in the countryside is magic and the staff made our whole trip memorable. Enjoy both restaurants and the spa while you’re there, plus take advantage of the local wineries in the area.

Opening your door each morning to the stone walls of a charming medieval village and wandering its narrow lanes with a few special shops makes for a remarkable holiday. The accommodations are large and lovely, from the Farragamo toiletries in the bathrooms to the fully equipped and modern kitchen. The Osteria at the foot of the village hill (yes, it's a bit of a climb back up to your apartment) has a relaxing feel and delicious food. There are many scenic drives and stunning hilltop villages to explore and a very helpful staff that is at the top of its game in every situation.
I can't wait to return.

We just returned from an amazing week at IL Borro. The views are INCREDIBLE. The peaceful location, the great staff, and the comfortable beds make for a fabulous vacation.
One important note - the resort is on top of a hillside about 5-8 minutes away from the IL Borro village by car. You will absolutely need a car to get around, as IL Borro does not offer shuttle services. But don't let the location scare you away - this place is worth getting a car and driving!
Also, the deal on LuxuryLink is fabulous. We bought the "Buy Now" package, and after splitting it between us - this was a real bargain.
