Amazing staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Zenaiah, Beza Mailu, and Beza Yared made our wedding day dreams come true. As a Microwedding, this truly brought the magic to us. We were able to he upgraded to the Eleanor Suite which allowed all of my getting ready girls space to get ready. From the moment we checked in, all three ladies were amazing, accommodating, and so helpful. This was our fourth stay here and we will definitely be back!!

Hidden fees

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

No one mentioned hidden fees at check-in. Very bad service. Parking was $40/night and the destination fee was $25 in which you have to use at their restaurant. This wasn’t mentioned until check out. Not cool, it should have been mentioned at check in.

Lots Of Problems

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Lots of problems with this hotel. First it is impossible to call this property. They either do not answer the phone or put you on hold forever. Second, although I asked many times for a copy of my receipt be sent to my email it was never sent. Third, they have not posted my Marriott award points. For both my receipt and point posting I had to contact Marriott corporate. Fourth and, most important, many of the rooms are in disrepair. The first room I as assigned, the draws on the blinds were either missing or broken. The second room assigned the coffee machine was dirty and broken. I am a Lifetime Marriott Platinum member so I have stayed in a few hotels in my time but this hotel was one of the worst, certainly not up to the usual Marriott standards and certainly in need of much better management oversight.

The best time , every time !

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

That tub is immaculate ! Our suite was larger than expected, which is never a bad thing. The staff is courteous and informative. The restaurant is the happiest bonus ( best brunch ) Parking was simple and convenient. Simply put , the best all around experience whether you’re staying in or going out. There’s plenty to do right outside the hotel doors. The second you’re inside of them , it feels like your own little intimate world. Family friendly without lacking a drop of elegance. What more could you ask for ?

The prefect weekend

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Everything was amazing from start to finish. My wife and i were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and wanted to a very away without being too far from home. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing and the food and drinks at the hotel restaurant "king and rye" was phenomenal. Highly recommend 10/10
