Highly recommend the hotel.
The reception staff, Erika and Fiorela were friendly and extremely helpful. They worked hard to solve some personal problems we had. Overall the services at the hotel was very good. The restaurant was good and the wait staff were attentive and helpful.

Best place to stay in Arequipa
The best place to stay in Arequipa it has a beautiful view the jacuzzi and the swimming pool it’s just perfect. Everyone is very friendly and always happy to help I strongly recommend it!! The location it’s also perfect you can get very easy to the centre and all the amenities around.

Good property but a bit old & surely needs an electric kettle in room
Nice property, clean rooms and good breakfast. However, the place is a bit old and toilets are not very comfortable (narrow tub & no other bathing space) and no tea/coffee kettle in room, only a espresso machine and it’s too difficult to heat water in that for tea.

Very comfortable hotel, steps from historic district
Very comfortable with attentive staff, especially Jesus, the housekeeper. Comfortable beds, lovely pool with adjacent jacuzzi, and complementary spa services. Rooms quiet, with no street noise in the interior rooms. We had two adjoining rooms, perfect for a family. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend.
