Unbelievably happy stay!
I cannot begin to tell you how much I just LOVED this place. It’s become one of my favorite FS properties! From the etiquette of the staff, beautiful surrounding landscape, and luxurious setup of the room, I was just enamored the whole way through. It was also my birthday week and the delicious cakes and service we got was fantastic. I just smile and my heart warms when I think of this place. We stayed in the Nafsika building overlooking the water and it was worth it. I also recommend the in room dining. The food is 10/10! Just would love to come back here again and again!

Beautiful luxury hotel.
Stayed for three nights and we were most impressed with this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready on arrival even though it was 2 hours before official check in. We used the bar several afternoon and really enjoyed interaction with staff . There was a large wedding on our last evening which didn’t impact our stay at all which is very unusual in our experience. We will be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the pools and sea.

Inconsistent service
The hardware of the hotel is excellent. It is stunning, great views, comfortable amenities. What really let the experience down a bit was how inconsistent the service is. Some staff were proactive and just downright impressive. Others were not engaging, slow and unbothered. The breakfast service was not up to the standards one would expect from an ultra luxurious property. While the offerings were okay - if a slight disappointment - the execution of the service was lackluster at best. Overall a decent stay, but not up to the standards of the leading Four Seasons properties in Europe.

Short stay.
My wife and I stayed here for part of a day on the way to Athens airport. We checked in about noon and our room was ready thankfully. Check-in was delightful. The property is amazing! Well maintained and clean. Our room was very large and comfortable. Everything in good working order. The bed was very comfortable. Great hot water and volume in the bathroom and shower. They had a beautiful pool area and even a little beach area. Very nice. Problem was it was too cold and breezy for us Floridians. Tried to take in the spa and it was booked. Problem was we were getting picked up to go to airport at 2:30am. Because of all that we spent our time in the room. I can say that room service was awesome and timely. We would like to go back to enjoy the property more. Either way we would highly recommend the Four Seasons Astir Palace.

What an experience - AMAZING!
The hotel is great, highly recommended. The staff is very attentive, the food selection is great. Very kids friendly. Basically all you would ask for is available and at your finger tip. It was our son's birthday and they have done above and beyond to make sure that he enjoyed his stay and Oh my he did! On Wednesday decorated the room for him with his superhero Spiderman and they did a fabulous job.
