Amazing hotel
A stellar experience from start to finish. Staff is uber helpful, food at restaurant was great, and the suite was wonderfully appointed. My wife and I were on honeymoon and we were left a lovely surprise our first night. My wife is in love with Beau, the canine general manager

Short, and more than sweet!
THE LOCATION, NOT TO MENTION THE SIZE OF OUR SUITE WAS NEXT TO FEW, IF NOT NONE. A TRUE WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was friendly and helpful. My suitcase cracked at the expandable handle, and the concierge were right there with the all-important duck tape. That will fix ANYTHING.

This is the most elegant hotel in Auckland: the best location, completely stunning rooms, and top notch service. I'm a World of Hyatt member, and this is their nicest property in the Hyatt chain. Don't miss this hotel if you are going to New Zealand.

The Perfect Place to End Three Week Vacation in NZ
From the time we checked in to our departure six days later the team at the Park Hyatt was friendly, responsive and professional. We booked our stay thru the Amex Travel Services so it included breakfast and a credit to be used for some extras. Highly recommend the breakfast; great servers, full buffet plus great dishes to order. Everyone at this hotel is focused on customer service with no exceptions. It is hard to find that at many properties these days. After two weeks traveling around the South Island of NZ, the Park Hyatt was the perfect spot for day trips to Devonport, Waiheke and other local sites. Kudos to the management of this property!

Awsome experience with the Kiwis
the best hotel in Auckland by far and one of the best in Oceania and the world. Location is great, the staff are awesome and the hotel conditions and facility is one of the best. We had a great welcome by Mitchel Guzman, He made us feel like royalty.
