Fairmont Austin

Fairmont Austin is a good luxury hotel. I have to give a big shoutout to the concierge team, they were super supportive and professional throughout my stay. This was my second time here, but I did feel a bit uneasy with how the check-in staff handled things their approach and explanations could've been better. (its not a complain though) That aside, the room was spotless, and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The complimentary mini fridge to store my stuff was a nice gesture. In-room dining and the restaurants were solid too. Overall, the staff are really well-trained and professional. Special thanks to Pablo, the concierge team, and Folio for the support they made my stay so much smoother Accor member recognition can be improved further

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay hear again.

We had a great corner room overlooking the east and south view of Austin. Since this was a business trip it was my opportunity to see the city since days were filled with sessions. Front desk, service for room help and food service during conference was fast, efficient and very helpful. The air conditioner fan was a loud through the night and I would have preferred an open outlet near the desk for my computer instead of the open ones by the bed. Loved the pillows and bed for sleeping.

The hotel rooms are quite nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The housekeeping service is very plesant, and the showers are big! I had a billing error, and I had an opportunity to talk to someone in reservations (Toni) and someone in billing (Natalie). Both of them resolved my issues and were very prompt and professional, and a pleasure to work with on a single issue matter, after my stay!

We traveled to Austin for a family wedding. It was our first visit to the city. The Fairmont was the perfect choice for a place to stay. Centrally located, the Fairmont was easy walking to all the fun neighborhoods in the city. But best of all was the staff and amenities. Every single staff member, from check-in to concierge to valet to spa team were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible. I recommend a spa visit--well worth the money for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience (it wasn't cheap, but was worth it). And the beds were so comfortable! I will definitely stay here again on future visits.
