Conrad Bali

The Conrad was not quite what we were expecting. The hotel is definitely showing some wear and the food was sub par compared to other Conrads and Hilton chain hotels we have visited with the exception of 8 degrees south which was fantastic. The azure beach club food was not great. The Pina coladas should be avoided. The East lobby lounge coffee and juice bar was fantastic with excellent service. The hotel gym was also nice. The staff overall was very friendly. The guests less so which I understand the hotel does not control. The guests and food made the experience equivalent to a carnival cruise line.

After arriving and not being 100% happy with the allocated room we were given the option of suite which was a fantastic gesture and made us feel truly valued as guests. We had a great, albeit short, stay but loved the pool, the breakfast and dinner and the amazing walk along the beach with the stunning backdrop of volcanoes and hills. Would highly recommend this place for families and couples alike

From the moment we arrived to our departure, everything at the Conrad was absolutely perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The food was delicious, offering a huge variety to choose from as we had the half board package. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfy beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The resort itself is stunning, but what truly makes the Conrad stand out is their amazing staff. I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Nanta, who went above and beyond by arranging excursions and ensuring everything was perfect for us. We will definitely be coming back!

Best stay in Bali with the Conrad family. We stayed here for 5 nights and the staff including Mr Nanta the curator, Catur and Andes from the wellness team, Mr Budi from Pickleball/Tennis, Agus from room service and others made our stay memorable. Highly recommended

this was our second holiday at the Conrad Bali, and just like the first time it did not disappoint. I will not write the names of all the wonderful staff that made our holiday special, for it would be a long list, safe to say we can happily recommend the resort to anyone travelling-be with young kids who want to splash in the pool, or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
