Jumeirah Bali

Incredibly beautiful, spacious villas – modern, luxurious, and designed with real attention to detail. We had no sea view booked, but the Premier Garden Villa truly blew us away. The layout is incredibly smart – you get total privacy, a lush and extensive garden view, what feels like your own private pond, and a pretty large private pool. I have stayed in quite a few hotel villas over the years across all categories, and this one impressed me the most. The whole resort is stunning, with amazing landscaping, lots of ponds, and great lighting at night. It feels calm and spacious throughout. Also, no issues with insects at all – not even mosquitos at dawn, which is impressive. Not sure how they do it, but whatever they are doing works. Service was very friendly and attentive across the board, and quick to respond via WhatsApp whenever we needed something. The pool area is beautiful, with comfy sunbeds, great views, and direct access to Dreamland beach. The beach is public, but there are a few cabanas and loungers reserved for hotel guests. During our stay, the water was super clear with strong but enjoyable waves – great for swimming if you like waves, though maybe not for small kids. The hotel was surprisingly quiet while we were there – no problem getting a spot at the pool, or reservations for spa or dinner. Other guests were mostly couples and families with older kids, which made for a very relaxed vibe overall. Great value for money, and F&B prices are quite moderate compared to other resorts of this level. I am usually quite critical, but honestly there is nothing really to complain about. If I had to name something, maybe spa treatments felt a bit pricey compared to the rest – but that is about it.

Everything is super luxurious but what mostly exceeded every other place I've been in was how personal thier caring and how accommodating everyone was to treat me and my fimaly with best and highest care. Very high attention to details and best accommodation in Bali.

We loved every minute of staying there. Nature is beautiful service excellent food very decent and prices are reasonable. If you ever come back to Bali will definitely visit this place. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends .

I traveled all the way from Canggu to celebrate my birthday at the stunning Jumeirah Bali, which, based on reviews and advertisements, is known for its warmth and beauty. However, my experience was marred by rude behavior from the security staff. My friend and I were under the impression that we were allowed to take pictures around the Maja Lounge area. I took a photo with the stairs and ocean in the background, which I thought was quite beautiful, until a security guard approached and informed me that the area was restricted. He then told me that to take pictures in this area, I would need to pay. What confused me was that we had come for dinner and had already paid for our meal (it was never implied that we were there for free). The situation escalated further when the security guard, along with two lifeguards near the pool, began making jokes about me in the local language, which I fully understood. Is this kind of behavior typical? I already expressed my discomfort to the waitress and was told that the manager would come to speak with us about the misunderstanding. However, no staff member, including the manager, apologized or even acknowledged us with a simple “thank you” or “sorry” before we left. On a positive note, we are truly grateful to Sanjaya for his exceptional service and warmth while serving our drinks. The cocktails he recommended were absolutely amazing.
