Dinner at The Beach Grill at The Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua was absolutely unforgettable. The beachside setting provided the perfect backdrop for a beautiful meal, with fresh, flavorful dishes that truly captured the essence of island dining. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service from Vany – she was attentive, warm, and ensured everything was perfect, making it the best service we’ve ever experienced. The experience was so wonderful that we stopped by Bejana afterward for a beautiful Balinese experience, rounding off a perfect night in paradise. Highly recommend both for anyone visiting Nusa Dua.

We stayed in the two bedroom villa at the Ritz Carlton Bali. It was a lovely experience and we enjoyed our time immensely. The facilities and restaurants were great. The level of care and attention from our Butler Joshua was commendable. Every aspect was attended to and we felt very well taken care of. He was very professional, attentive, dedicated and warm. He made our stay very memorable and we cannot wait to come back to the Ritz in the near future.

I had the most absolutely amazing stay here because I sincerely look forward to the breakfast with the service from Erlan. He was so personable in the way he interacted with us and made sure we don’t feel so rushed to eat breakfast since it’s closing soon. I personally think the staff and how genuine they are makes a huge difference so Erlan, this is a big shoutout to you. And also to Silent, he was so positive throughout and was so helpful. Thank you Silent.

We started our trip to Indonesia with 3 nights at the Ritz. Our room was amazing — we chose one of the suites called The Sawangan. Beautiful decor and accommodations. We had access to our own private pool in the back with a small deck. The resort pool and beach were also fantastic! All of the food was incredible at every single restaurant we went to at the resort. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet, either, the buffets in Asia far exceed any other place in the world. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Indonesians are the most gracious hosts and everyone was super friendly and helpful. One person who especially stood out was Sani. She checked us in and I had mentioned what a bummer it was that I forgot my portable fan since it was so hot and humid. It’s not something you can purchase there at the resort or anywhere close by. She went above and beyond and stopped at some mall in her spare time to purchase a fan and surprised me the next day by bringing it personally to our room. She would not accept any payment for the fan nor a gratuity and insisted that the fan was her gift to me. I could not believe it! In all of my travels, I have never encountered such generosity!! Thank you, Sani!! Employees this exceptional deserve special recognition from upper management @ritzcarlton!

We just returned from a 6 night stay at the Ritz Carlton Nusa Dua Bali. We stayed at the lagoon access sawangan junior suite, which was spacious enough & although not new anymore, well maintained. Food was delicious, the seafood always fresh & tasty. I am gluten free and the staff always made sure i was safe & well looked after. Service was sincere & unobtrusive, this stood out for us compared to other luxury hotel chains, we even suspect that the Ritz Carlton purposely recruite genuinely kind people (which shouldnt be hard as Indonesians are probably the nicest people in the world). Some exceptional mentions: Irpan - housekeeping, Fitri - bell desk, Hen - beach grill restaurant, Bagus - beach/pool front, the helpful concierge team, the attentive wait staff at the Lounge. Special thanks to Irpan housekeeping for paying attention to our preferences in our room & even finding our son's lost baby pillow. These little extra attentiveness made our stay special
