Location was stunning and the service was superb and super kind. Especially our waitress DWI he was especially kind and extremely attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the evening, the sunset was breathtaking and the live DJ made the scene complete. Thank you for the unforgettable time!

From personalized check-in experiences to staff ( Giselle in particular ) who remembered our preferences and names, everything felt intuitive and seamless. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with touches like curated welcome treats and special day celebration that show they’ve thought beyond just luxury — they’ve thought about you. W Seminyak is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience that understands the magic of vacationing with family. It’s where five-star luxury meets thoughtful, intuitive service. A special mention for Silvia ( Whatever Whenever Manager) who ensured that we left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates the finer things, done right.

From regular room upgraded to 1 marvelous villa with private pool. The villa has no view but spacious and good facilities. As soon as I arrived because I was staying in a villa, I was directed straight to the villa receptionist. Given a welcome drink of blue color drink, forget what it is, it's fresh and cold towel. Even though it's a resort, I was given late check-out until 16.00 and free breakfast. The villa is a bit far from the lobby but there is a buggy facility, just call. As soon as I entered there was a garden and private pool, the size is so spacious. There are 2 sun beds, 1 table and 2 chairs, and a cabana with various pillows. When I entered the room, there was a king-sized bed 200x200, a table and chairs, and a long sofa. The TV was not in front of the bed but in the sofa area. There was a long work desk and a work chair facing the back area of the villa where there were plants. The welcome amenities were chocolate and 2 whole coconuts. W's signature in the room was a speaker that could be set, and they also taught me how to set it up. The interior was nice, W's signature is always satisfying. The bathroom had an open wardrobe with a luggage rack, bathtub, 2 washbasins, shower, and closet. The shower area was a bit small even though the bathroom was big. The facilities included a pool bar, pool, direct access to the beach, gym, temporary kids activities, woo bar, and fire. The pool is nice and spacious, with a different accent because the tiles are black. The pool is also quite crowded. Access to Seminyak beach is also good, but at that time it was raining and the waves were quite high so the beach safety limit was raised so that it was not allowed to be close to the beach. There is also a jacuzzi, cold plunge and ice bath. The breakfast was quite delicious and had a lot of variants. There are a la-carte menus such as salmon poached egg, eggs benedict, avocado, chicken waffles, teriyaki noodle soup, porridge, chicken soto, chicken lontong, nasi jinggo, various eggs, smashed avo on toast, moringa toast, cassava root, healthy bowl, pancake, croffle, french toast, pina colada, peanut butter bagel, juice, smoothies, tea, coffee The buffet menu includes: 1. Market snacks, boiled eggs, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, pork sausage, nachos, pork bacon, pulled pork 2. Bread, pancake, waffle, pastry, donut, gluten free, yogurt, granola, dried fruit 3. Cereal, salad, sushi, dimsum, noodle station, oatmeal, bean, sausage, tomato, mushroom 4. Hash brown, Indian food, terong balado, capjay, soy sauce chicken, fried noodles, fried rice, beef curry

I work for Marriott and I have stayed in different hotel. However, we love this hotel and the team. We’re in our honeymoon with my husband and they surprise us with a welcome drink and cake. We felt in love with these amenities and feel connected right away with the hotel. They care about you . Thank you !!! We also took a shoot that we loved.

Best hotel ever, everything was perfect and the service is wooooowwww no negative comment about thisss hoteeeell, fantastic service rooms clean attentive staff and great customer service. Food is always delicious fantastic music during the day. Suksam.
