We had a wonderful time at the W Bali - Seminyak and whilst staying here we used the Driver Nauval who was excellent. He is very professional, a great driver & offers a superior service - highly recommend asking for Nauval if you go out on any day trips from the hotel. PC

Absolutely wonderful stay!
We stayed to celebrate our anniversary, and spouse's birthday, and the hotel really went all out! To start, they were kind enough to upgrade us from a regular room to a spectacular ocean view on the top floor. When we arrived to the room, so many decorations and treats for both the anniversary and birthday. SO NICE! And the room itself was just stunning. HUGE bathroom, big soaking tub, spacious room with large sofa. The balcony outside had a daybed along with table and chairs. Really cannot ask for any more in a hotel room. We had reserved for cocktails at sunset which were fabulous, and we didn't know but the staff were already alerted to birthday so they brought out cake and the whole staff sang happy birthday. Again, so nice! For dinner we moved over to Fire, the steakhouse, and it did not disappoint. We started with a bit of the back of the house meeting people along the way with a special welcome drink, and a delicious bite. Once at our table, impeccable service and the food was just divine! The resort pool is wonderful, especially the floating daybeds. I had never seen those before. Lunch poolside was really delicious. We really did not have enough time to enjoy all of the facilities, so we will return for a longer stay. The only thing I would caution: The beach has no chairs, and there is constant waves and undertow, so this is not a lay in the sand, get in the ocean resort. I prefer a shaded cabana with drink and food service by a lovely pool where I can see the ocean, and that is exactly what this resort delivers. And the bonus: The constantly pulsing waves meant we slept like babies. Really comfortable bed and the waves meant we were well rested. We will definitely return!

Location was stunning and the service was superb and super kind. Especially our waitress DWI he was especially kind and extremely attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the evening, the sunset was breathtaking and the live DJ made the scene complete. Thank you for the unforgettable time!

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with touches like curated welcome treats and special day celebration that show they’ve thought beyond just luxury — they’ve thought about you.
