All in all very nice experience
Very nice staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Our room is always clean. Room service is very good. The staffs at the breakfast area are very nice and approachable . Fai is very nice and also Vivian, Amy, Nu, Man , Yeam and Game. It’s a wonderful staycation for us.

The staff were amazing and friendly, especially at the restaurant. Thank you Game for an excellent service. They served fresh bakery to your table. The front desk was very helpful and arranged for a days car and driver for my visits. Would recommend staying here.

Pleasant stay at Conrad Bangkok
Overall, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Special shout out to breakfast crew Vivian, Min, Amy, and Joy. Room was very nice. Upgraded to premier King due to Diamond status with Access to Exec Lounge for relaxing city views throughout day and complementary happy hour 5:30-7:30 with hors devours and cocktails. Concierge very helpful with arranging comfortable airport transport for our many large bags. Hotel is conveniently located directly to a small shopping mall including a great little grocery store and food shops and other retail. Very handy. Location overall is great. Short walk to Ploenchit sky train and main Sukhumvit road. Hotel also supplies a quick shuttle regularity to the train if you’d rather not walk. Really the only complaint is the hotel is quite cold with high A/C. Especially noted in Exec Lounge and at breakfast buffet. Hopefully they can figure that out. Overall, we’d certainly stay here any time again!

Excellent experience
The service standard is excellent. We had meals at poolside and at the cafe on 2nd floor for breakfast. I love the bringals with cream and the Thai seafood salad at poolside which we had daily for 4 days. Staff from reception chamber maids were always friendly and helpful. The band at the lobby lounge led by Tembo played beautiful music especially their version of PDA by John Legend.

Wonderful hospitality and location
The team was so hospitable and attentive there’s a shuttle/walkable to BTS (the main transit line to a lot of food and attractions). We went as a family just before Christmas and had such a great experience with the amenities, location and experience with the hotel.
