Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River

I spent six days with my family at this property and it was absolutely exceptional! We had arranged airport pickup from the hotel and from the moment we were greeted by the airport representative I knew choosing to stay at the Four Seasons was the right choice. Very smooth car ride from the airport to the hotel, the drivers were great. We were a group of 7 people and had booked five different rooms. I had requested that all 5 rooms would be on the same floor and the hotel did not disappoint. The check-in process was extremely smooth and fast, the front desk ladies greeted my family and I the moment we stepped out of the cars and handed each one of us our room key and escorted us to the rooms. All five rooms were on the same floor and close to each other as requested which was extremely convenient for my family and I. The rooms were prepared with complementary fruits, very delicious cake, and personalized welcome notes with each family member's personal name. My niece who is 9 years was given a hat, balloons, and chocolate cake as a welcome gift. The hospitality was truly overwhelming and heartwarming. The Four Season Bangkok property might be the most gorgeous hotel property I have ever seen. The lobby is grand and beautiful, but cozy and homey in the same time. The Pool has amazing views of the River. Breakfast at the hotel was truly incredible, we had a very long list of breakfast spots we wanted to try around Bangkok, but ended up having breakfast in the hotel every single morning. There was a big selection of fruits and pastries, probably the yummiest croissants I have had in my life. The staff at breakfast were amazing, welcomed us every morning with a smile and were very accommodating. On our departure morning they surprised us with an airplane shaped pancake. The rooms are spacious with large floor to ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The bathrooms are huge, as big as the living space. The bathroom amenities are Byredo, which are a personal favorite. Room service food is exactly what you want from an in-room dinning menu, very delicious. The hotel offers a boat shuttle every hour to ICON SIAM mall, which in my opinion is the best shopping mall in Bangkok. Very convenient 10 min boat ride to the mall considering how bad the traffic is in Bangkok. The lobby bar (The Lounge) was a great spot for us to wind down after long days in Bangkok, the service is top notch and the food is very good! Rally good Soft Serve Ice Cream. We had planned a Spa day on our fourth night and the SPA did not disappoint. I got the Siam Skin massage treatment and the Thai Facial, both were exceptional. The SPA facilities were relaxing. Each member of my family got their own separate room and we each ended up staying there for 3 hours. I highly recommend for a relaxing day! We were extremely sad to end our trip and leave the property but to our surprise, the service did not end upon checking out. We had arranged for airport transfer and were greeted at the Airport by two gentlemen from the hotel who helped us with our luggage, getting our TAX Refund sorted out, and helped us check into our flight. Both drivers and the gentlemen who greeted us at the airport made what would have been a very hectic and chaotic airport experience very smooth and relaxing. Thank you Four Season Bangkok for one of the best family vacations! Thank you to every staff member in the hotel, the valet (special thank you to Jo), the breakfast staff, the Spa, housekeeping, and every single staff member at the hotel. We felt like home and did not want to leave. I would highly recommend staying at this property, I can't wait to be back!

Four Seasons Bangkok is a riverfront property with magnificent views. Various innovative restaurants on the premises are helmed by award-winning executive chefs. In the Metropolitan area, the level of customer service is unmatched. And, it has a residential section of the resort that boasts extravagant sights. Moreover, they offer a plethora of wellness services as well as a lot of other amenities, such as boutique-style shopping. One of the most prestigious lodges in the city.

Not a single US news channel such as CNN! Have to get my news of the day from Al Jazeera, CCTV, France 24, Or Russia Today??? No good movies channels. Guess they don’t want you to stay in your room to relax. Otherwise the rest of the property is fine.

This is our second stay and we have plans of staying here again next year! We love it so much! It’s one of the best FS properties we’ve been to! They are also amazing with kids! It’s my daughter’s favorite hotel in the whole world! It’s an urban resort by the river!
