Incredible hotel with gorgeous interior design, amazing service, and delicious breakfast. The design is stunning! The service is wonderful and the French pastries and french toast at breakfast are particularly good. I would highly recommend staying!

Quite disappointed with our stay. This is our third stay in 2 years becuase my daughter loves it and we were quite impressed with our last 2 stays, but this will probably be our last. First, we received the email that the room was ready at 3:16pm despite FS having a guaranteed 3:00pm check-in time. The girl who handed me the key said my request for kid’s extra bed has been prepared, but I did not request for one and I told her this. When we got to the room, there was no kid’s bed as mentioned. And unlike our previous stay, there were no kid’s amenities, no robe, slippers, toiletries, etc. I requested for it and there was still no robe and bath bomb like before. Then after turn down, they magically placed an extra bed when I said we did not need one. This is such a waste of effort and laundry, talk about being environmental. The room is aging. Watermarks and scratches on countertops, wall cladding starting to peel, etc. The Kid’s Club was just being manned by one girl who was busy decorating the glass entrance that she wasn’t watching or engaging the kids. I also asked for another elephant stuffed toy because my daughter lost hers from two years ago and it felt like they changed suppliers and the previous one was of better quality. During breakfast, no one gave me a menu for the hot meals. No one asked if I needed coffee despite being there for an hour. My husband had to wait for 10 minutes at the front desk before he was assisted. Both girls were there and neither asked if he needed anything. Another came and left without offering any help either. Also no surprises or anything out of the ordinary this trip. During our previous trips, I always felt like that went above and beyond, and that they were thoughtful despite being a super mega hotel, but this trip I really felt that they were lacking, especially with the fierce competition with other hotels in Bangkok.

Riverside Reverie: Unwinding in Style at Four Seasons Bangkok The Arrival: A Warm Thai Welcome We step off the plane and into Bangkok’s embrace, the air thick with possibility. The Four Seasons greets us like a long-lost friend—its glass-walled lobby a portal to serenity, framed by lush greenery and the faint hum of the Chao Phraya. A cool towel brushes our skin, a lemongrass drink cools our throats, and our bags vanish with a nod from the staff. Our Premier River-View Room awaits, its expansive windows unveiling a river alive with long-tail boats and golden reflections. The bed, a sea of crisp linens, tempts us to linger, but the terrace calls—a front-row seat to Bangkok’s riverside theater. The Days: Surrendering to the River’s Rhythm Mornings unfold with the sun painting the water in soft pastels. We wander the hotel’s courtyards, where koi glide beneath lotus leaves and the air hums with quiet energy. The infinity pool becomes our haven, its edge blurring into the river as we float, cocktail in hand—perhaps a lychee martini, tart and sweet. A short boat ride takes us to the glittering Grand Palace, its spires piercing the sky, or to Wat Arun, where mosaics shimmer in the heat. Back at the hotel, we sink into cushioned loungers, the skyline stretching before us like a promise. This is Bangkok riverside luxury that doesn’t demand effort—just presence. A Morning Feast: Breakfast at Riva del Fiume Ristorante Some days, we start with breakfast at Riva del Fiume Ristorante, where the river sets the scene. The terrace glows in the morning light, and the spread is a quiet celebration—warm focaccia, ripe mangoes, and eggs Benedict with yolks that spill like liquid gold. We sip cappuccinos, foam swirling like art, as the breeze carries the scent of the Chao Phraya. It’s a meal that feels like a gift, simple yet rich, fueling our day with a taste of Thai warmth and Italian flair. An Evening Escape: Dining Delights Nights bring a different magic, and we’ve savored it at Palmier by Guillaume Galliot and Chao Phraya Terrace. At Palmier, the duck confit melts on the tongue, paired with a mille-feuille so crisp it sings, all framed by riverside views that turn dinner into a reverie. Later, Chao Phraya Terrace offers a farm-to-table escape—grilled river prawns and roasted vegetables, fresh from the earth, under a sky lit by stars and city lights. These aren’t just meals; they’re moments that linger, weaving flavor into the fabric of our Bangkok riverside luxury stay. The Nights: Riverside Romance Unraveled As dusk settles, the river transforms into a mirror of light, reflecting Bangkok’s restless glow. We wander the hotel’s pathways, the air warm and fragrant with jasmine, or sip Negronis at a tucked-away bar, the clink of ice a soft soundtrack. Back in our room, the terrace becomes our stage—barefoot, we watch the water ripple under a crescent moon, the city’s hum a distant lullaby. It’s intimate, unscripted, and utterly ours—a night that feels stolen from a dream. The Takeaway: Your Holiday, Your Rules The Four Seasons Bangkok isn’t a destination—it’s a mindset. It’s the freedom to wake to river whispers, to drift through days of beauty, and to let nights unfold in quiet splendor. With its seamless blend of Thai soul and global elegance, it proves Bangkok riverside luxury isn’t about waiting for the perfect moment—it’s about making every moment perfect. Pack your bags, book the flight, and let the Chao Phraya carry you away. The world is your runway, and this is where it begins. Holiday Runway Tip: Catch the hotel’s private boat to ICONSIAM for a shopping spree, then return to your riverside retreat—because balance is the ultimate luxury.

This spacious luxury hotel is in the heart of Bangkok. Beautiful lobby filled with orchids. My premier balcony room was colourless and did not conjure luxury, despite the hefty price tag! The pool and outside areas are not for the infirm or elderly.dangerous steps all over the place, dimly lit at night, with no hand rails! The pools are lovely but alas.not easy to access if over 55 years of age! The bkk social club is nearly pit h black.take a torch! The nicest food outlet is Palmier,a French bistro.

We have just spent four wonderful nights at this outstanding hotel. It’s almost too difficult to put into words adequately how impressed we were with our stay. The premium view room was so very comfortable, the food in the breakfast room delicious, our evening meals in the lounge and in the Italian restaurant first class. Then, the Social Bar well words fail. The staff were very nice indeed knowledgeable and friendly. We just loved working our way through the cocktail menu with the help of the bartenders. Whilst all of the staff we met at the hotel were genuinely lovely friendly and caring, special mention to Areewan in the lounge restaurant with whom we really enjoyed chatting. She’s a great brand ambassador for the company. Sincere thanks for a first class experience.
