Lancaster Bangkok

Super friendly welcome by Dream, Nuchy and Paint! Got an early check-in (4 hours early) for free! Also the location is very convenient, close to the airport railway and linked to the MRT as well. Will definitely be back for my next stay in Bangkok!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lancaster Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the welcoming experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I felt like a valued guest. The reception team deserves special recognition, particularly Aoy, Bank, and Ja, who handled my check-in with remarkable professionalism and warmth.

Nearly everything about this hotel is 5 star... The rooms are so lovely... immaculate, the beds are so comfy, the service, everyone so attentive. The location is near a MRT station and the Singha centre is near bye for food and a small 7/11. My only issue is the bar and restaurant prices..... so, so expensive..... No wonder these areas are empty and the lovely staff just stood about doing nothing snd looking redundant.... Please, break the mould and lower your prices... 700 baht = £16 for breakfast.... Half the price of everything = get lots of people using the beautiful restaurant and bar areas....Here till Tuesday 22, please reach out.

We stayed at the Lancaster for one night in a standard room as a layover before our flight. Overall, a pretty solid option for us. The hotel is spacious, the room was good and clean. The rooftop pool certainly is a plus, as well as the small jacuzzi. Location is good depending on where you want to go in Bangkok, but it’s close to both the metro line and the public boat transport. Breakfast was also very nice (except for the coffee, maybe). Overall, it’s of course not a fully luxury hotel, but it really provides a high quality stay and for the roughly 90$ we paid, it proved to be an excellent option for us.

Just got back from an unforgettable Songkran trip (April 12–16) and I have to shout out the Lancaster Hotel—what a gem! From the second we stepped in, the staff made us feel super welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which just added to the holiday vibes. The room is spotless, spacious, and super comfy. The bed felt like a cloud after getting drenched and running around during Songkran. And the views—unreal. Waking up to that skyline every morning was such a bonus. Location-wise, it was perfect. Easy access to the MRT, and just enough away from the madness that I could actually chill when I needed to. But still close enough to dive back into the fun whenever we wanted. And the pool—don’t even get me started. I could’ve stayed there all day. Add in a solid gym, a killer breakfast buffet, and top-tier service, and yeah… I’m already planning my return trip. Big thanks to the amazing hotel staff—Dream, Janny, and Plug—for going above and beyond to make our holiday truly unforgettable. Their help and hospitality meant everything! Highly recommend Lancaster if you’re in Bangkok, especially during Songkran. 10/10 vibes all around.
