The St. Regis Bangkok

The St Regis is an exceptional hotel in Bangkok. The dedicated staff provided consistently outstanding service during our recent, but brief, stay at this hotel. The hotel is located near the shopping and dining areas but tucked away in a very quiet location.

This trip is to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it is my partner's first visit to Thailand. Everything has been perfectly arranged, leaving us impressed and completely changing my opinion of the St. Regis Bangkok. Whether it was the attentive explanations at the check-in counter, the incredibly romantic arrangement in the room, or the friendly smiles, everything was perfect. Of course, the rich and delicious breakfast, along with the exclusive “Allow me” at the St. Regis, truly amazed my partner. We also enjoyed the festive afternoon tea set, accompanied by delightful music, which made the entire experience very relaxing. Thank you very much for the thoughtful arrangements at the St. Regis Bangkok! 這次旅行是為了慶祝我們的十週年紀念，也是我伴侶首次來到泰國旅遊。一切都非常完美，讓我完全改變了我對曼谷瑞吉酒店之前的看法。 無論是在Check in櫃檯的細心解釋、房間裡的浪漫布置，充滿友好的問候，一切都是完美的。 當然，豐富可口的早餐以及瑞吉酒店獨特的“Allow me”服務讓我的伴侶深感驚喜。我們還享用了節慶的下午茶套餐，伴隨著悅耳的音樂，非常放鬆。非常感謝曼谷瑞吉酒店的周到安排！

I had an excellent stay at the St. Regis Bangkok over the recent Christmas holiday. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and really put me in the Christmas spirit. Of course, the level of luxury, service and friendliness at the St. Regis Bangkok never disappoints and this recent trip delivered on every level. The St. Regis Bangkok is always my 1st choice and preferred hotel in Bangkok because of the excellent staff, rooms, F&B, and amenities (pool, gym, butler service). My Christmas stay was made even more exceptional by the efforts of my butlers, Ms. Cindy and Ms. Nisa. Mr. Eed and Mr. Teddy at the concierge services provided exceptional service as well. (It's always a pleasure to see Mr. Eed, over the years he has become an old friend.) No review would be complete without mentioning the convenience the hotel offers by being steps away from the Ratchadamri BTS station. I'm already planning my next trip to Bangkok and am looking forward to staying at the St. Regis Bangkok!

Perfection and home like feeling - that’s the word for this stay. I would go over there in a heartbeat at any moment I’m in Bangkok again. Everything from the staff members to rooms and the service is just impeccable. I had high hopes from the property since I was travelling from AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts and also am a Marriott Gold Elite member - and I was proved correct of every bit. Notable shoutout to Angela from the Guest Experience team and Chin the Front Office Duty Manager. They were the ones who started off my stay with a bang and made sure I had an enjoyable stay. I also had a bit of a hiccup with my room when I checked in, had some yellow stains on the bedsheet which was rectified by the team members instantaneously. The Concierge team members are so very well informed and lovely to chat with. Shoutout to Ohm from Concierge for looking after me. I had organised an arrival and departure transfer from the airport - which was in a S Class. Just pure luxury from the moment you’re out of the airport and back at the airport with a crying face because you had to leave the hotel. One major thing that stood out for me - there’s endless 5 star global hotels in Bangkok and I have stayed at several hotels over there. Although first time at The St. Regis and now my forever hotel. It’s impressive that a property can leave this impression on a guest when there are tons of bigger hotels in the country. Perfect is an understatement for this property and the experience it delivers to its guests.

Our family of 4 visited St Regis Bangkok just before xmas. From the start at the airport we had a really good welcome by the ST Regis team by hotel transport. Check in was swift, we got upgraded to larger suite which we loved. Suite was well kept, clean and spacious. We used services in the hotel quite lot: pool, gym and restaurants. It was a nice extra that Zuma is located in the hotel, as it is an excellent chain of restaurants. St Regis is nicely located in the center of Bangkok, close to cool shopping malls and restaurants. It was an easy choice for us to reserve due to its good reviews, location and being a Marriott member gave extra incentive. On the day of departure, we also had hotel transport back to airport, and there we got outstanding support from St Regis team lead by person named Paul. What a lovely and helpful person he is!
