Excellent Experience
I’ve had an excellent experience from the moment we came in to the hotel. From the doorman, to the front desk, specially Violetta, which was extremely welcoming, dedicated and answered all of our questions with grace. Also, wanted to thank Jaime from the concierge team which has been absolutely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant where they hold the complimentary breakfast is great as well as the service. The cleanliness is above average. Would definitely be back one day and highly recommend his hotel.

11/10. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Roof top is beautiful. The door people alone are so friendly, always greeting you. staff is incredible, great recommendations on things to do. The place smells like how I someday hope heaven smells like. They upgraded our room for free. The room = incredible. The loft two floors, WOW. Close to everything, very safe neighborhood. We will be back for sure.

A great choice in a great location
I’ve stayed before and was pleased to be back. The decor is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent. We had an issue with noisy people in the next room on the first night but that didn’t last. We could have done with heat in the rooftop pool but that’s not essential.

Great hotel at a great price! Wonderful service!
The service was impeccable. They rushed out to our cab to get our bags, learned our names and remembered us throughout out stay. The room and hotel was spotless. The porter who brought our bags up showed us all the details and amenities of the room. The restaurant had delicious food and marvelous service as did the complimentary breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay with them again, and I almost have the feeling that they would remember our names!

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the Hotel Claris in Barcelona and enjoyed every minute of it...The staff went out of their way to tend to our every need. The service they showed far surpassed the service I have experienced at many five-star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel!
