Hotel Gran Derby Suite

This hotel while a bit north of central Barcelona and all the main tourist attractions is a very cozy option with a wonderfully attentive team. The hotel has a great breakfast, spa & fitness center and an outdoor pool. Bonus, across the street is a wonderful Italian spot if you ever get tired of tapas and paella.

Also in this occasion, my stay at the hotel Grand Derby was an excellent experience, Rooms and all are common areas very clean, Personals very gentle and available to help as best they could, internet services good and fast, quality of the breakfast excellent. For all these reason I always go the Grand Derby I am in Barcelona, ie: 3-4 times per years, mean time about 1 week for each tour that I commenced in 2004 till now (coupling work to the pleasure of a short holiday, or longer whenever possible. And I plan to continue !!

It was second time in Barcelona and stayed this hotel first time. The design or structure of the hotel room perfect although everything small. Unfortunately we stayed only one night we had reservation for another hotel. next time will try to stayed few more night . everything is close to from the hotel specially Barcelona city center and number one tourist place Sagrada Familia , Barcelona stadium are close to the hotel. will be back soon.

Thank you so much to the staff at the Gran Derby for their kindness and hospitality! I was visiting my daughter, who is studying in Barcelona this semester. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When we had a weekend trip to Switzerland planned, they held our bags until we returned. Sara, in particular, was wonderful! She gave us numerous directions and perfect recommendations for dinner and shopping. She even arranged for me to take a sunrise yoga class on the beach. Sara, and the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to make our stay special! Thank you!

This was the first time I have stayed at a SBH with Hilton. we enjoyed the suite and amenities. I was traveling with my elderly mother and sister just coming off from a transatlantic cruise. Highly recommend the hotel if you don’t mind and smaller hotel chain.
