Exceptional in every regard.Staff remembers each guest.Rooms are exquisite spotless detail.Breakfast is a glutton’s delight.Front desk concierge and doormen very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the area.Excellent setting for special occasions. Transportation easily accessible.

An amazing hotel with quality service and experience. The club lounge staff - Sara and her colleague went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. From the complimentary hop on hop off bus ticket to the Diptyque fragrance consultation and the mystery dinner - everything was well organized and provided a wonderful experience to my short trip in Berlin. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and a fantastic experience.
