Another great stay
Great stay as always! From Mohamed the incredibly helpful valet to Bhakti at front desk the staff is awesome. A beautiful hotel that we love to stay at. Right on the water with views. Convenient North End location. It is close to the Garden and all the fantastic North End restaurants. Well done once again

Couldn't ask for more!
This hotel is great. It is clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from some rooms is beautiful. The location couldn't be more perfect, you are anywhere within a 15 minute walk. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The valet guys couldn't be more polite or professional. All in all its great stay if you love the north end.

Battery wharf .
Went for new years and have stayed at the battery wharf many times . They are so nice and welcoming. Bhakti at the front desk always goes above and beyond for us . The rest of the staff are always there to help . From taking our bags to our room or just simply ordering ice , we never have to wait long .

Great Hotel In An Even Greater Location
We couldn’t have been more pleased with our second stay at the Battery Wharf Hotel, in Boston’s North End. The room was spacious with an extra large bathroom, and our registration host, Jalaycia, who was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, was nice enough to provide us with a room with a Boston Harbor view. The room was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect in a major city urban hotel. Staff, from valets to hotel registration hosts, were polite, helpful, and professional. The best advantage of this hotel is its location, as it sits on the edge of Boston Harbor walking distance to the North End’s many fine restaurants and historical sites, Government Center, Faneuil Hall, and the vibrant Seaport District. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great Staff
The staff were really helpful and accommodating. I had a red eye flight from the west coast and was exhausted. Bhakti was very welcoming and let me check in early. And then later when I had a later flight they let me have a let check out too. I can’t remember the staff name but they were very nice about it.
