Amazing front desk staff
I always have the most amazing stay here. The front desk staff is welcoming, always follow my requests, the place is clean and very convenient . But to me it’s the staff Darin , Mike and the rest of the staff has always been awesome . I always stay here when in town .

Lily went above and beyond her regular duties to help us out! She definitely should be promoted! She is a very lovely young woman and has much potential in the hotel industry. We stayed at the colonnade because we had tickets to the Pops. Everything ran very smoothly. The front desk people were also very professional, but like I said, Lily went above and beyond.

Such a gorgeous hotel!! The staff is so welcoming and views were impeccable. We appreciated Darin, Mike & Aiden’s help checking in, as well as their awesome recommendations! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable!! The hotel is located in a great location with tons of nearby food options as well!

Very warm welcome from the front desk members Aylin, Aidan and Lily. All very helpful when we cut our stay one day short due to an emergency, everyone helped for us to get a refund from the third party booking company. Very clean rooms. Thank you
