Contemporary, comfortable & convenient.
A very comfortable stay with top class facilities in the bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, served with a smile and the bar service was friendly and efficient. The concierge very helpful. The interior refurbishment is contemporary and elegant. Everything was well organised and to my liking.

Excellent service
Excellent service from lovely people. Very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns. The rooms have also been recently renovated and are looking much smarter. The inclusion of a kettle as well as the coffee makers is great for us brits wanting a good cuppa tea! A particular shout out to Amy who found my lost glasses for me and sought me out to return!

I always stay at the AKA when I’m Boston for work. The Check in and Check out process is always seamless. Especially with heather and lakeesha at reception who are as extremely welcoming and lovely as can be. Glad they have re-opened after renovations.
