Great location and great value for the money in BA. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and very fresh. Nice clean rooms, we would definitely stay again.

Four visits in 2024, and there won't be anymore. There is NO air conditioning, even though they still advertise this on their NH booking app. They pretended to fix it by sending a technician, but he clearly told me that was just for show. There never was any except over the reception desk. On my last visit, I was getting eaten alive by bed bugs. A person at the reception came, saw, and offered no apology. I asked to speak with a manager, I was denied as if it had never happened. Complete denial.

a bad experiencie . the bed frame was really old, so we couldn t sleep. there were holes all over it. they should realize when they make the bed. this can't happen in such a prestigious chain !!! i won't be back !!! the problem is that we stayed and went to a meeting and returned very late , around 2 a.m. we realized this when we went to bed . Otherwise . i would have asked to change rooms, but it was too late

the hotel and tje staff is wonderful but the major drawback is the air conditioning which is limited to 23 degrees celcius in rhe middle of summer, i loved the breakfast and decor of the rooms but for the room temperarure i will reconsider the next time if I come back it was very hot during the late hours not until dawn when you feel comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised and happy to recommend this very nice hotel for your visit to Buenos Aires. It is located near enough to walk to the trendy riverfront area where many nice restaurants and bars are located, yet this hotel is less expensive than the riverfront hotels. The neighborhood is safe to walk and there are small cafes on the nearby streets. Inside the hotel, the waiting area is clean, quiet and attractive. There is a lovely restaurant available however we did not eat there. The front desk is manned 24 hours, and the hosts were professional and very helpful with our questions. They also safely held our luggage in storage while we explored the following day. There are stairs into the front entrance however, the workers kindly helped us with our bags. Our room was comfortable, clean, modern and fully equipped. We can highly recommend.
