Excellent
We are pescatarian and visiting BA for 2 nights. The restaurant is inside the Hyatt hotel which is beautiful. We were seated outside with a view of the garden and the hotel. Our server, Malka, was lovely, attentive and explained the meal which added to our enjoyment. We had the chef’s tasting menu which we would recommend. Highlights were the soup, ravioli and the desserts - all superb. We cannot wait to visit Gioia Cucina Botanical.

A queen for a day
This hotel is even prettier in person. The area is very chic and safe. Beyond beautiful and all the staff were very attentive. The gardens lit up at night were an amazing view. Its historic meets modern and sleek. The balcony had a garden view and i spent alot of time out there enjoying the vibe of BA.

Excellent staff service after being mugged on the hotel street corner before even having checked in and watch stolen. Made the process of filing Police report very easy. The Head of Front of house was excellent and took the pain out of an unfortunate start to our stay.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful neighbourhood
The Palacio Duhau lived up to its reputation. Our room was clean, spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water, coffee, tea and the other expected amenities were all available. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants all superb. Outstanding location in Recoleta. The best place from which to explore the city.

Exceptional Buenos Aires Hospitality - Este hotel es simplemente el mejor
Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt offers something special around each corner whether it be the consistently outstanding guest relations, the most amazing plant-based restaurant in town, a serene health spa and pool, quiet garden for contemplation, exceptional modern art, rooms with every amenity, and a concierge who works miracles. I wanted nice seats at the Teatro Colon for sold-out AIDA and no problem I enjoyed an exceptional performance. This Hyatt hotel simply calms the spirit especially after a 10 hour flight.
