Panoramic Paradise
What a great place to come back to each day after business in Boston. My room had a spectacular view over the river and was well serviced by staff. The Art Bar has a fantastic selection of food and drinks with fast service. The front desk personnel are the best, and able to make your stay the best it can be: Mariana and Kaley were especially helpful! Thanks to everyone who took care of our group.

Wonderful Stay!
From the moment we arrived at The Royal Sonesta, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My partner and I ended up coming during a High School gathering, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. We were greeted by Mariana, who was very professional but also genuinely kind and personable. She made me feel instantly at ease upon check-in and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I mentioned to her I was celebrating my partners birthday and she arranged a delightful birthday surprise for my partner with a complimentary bottle of champagne. This gesture was truly heartwarming and significantly enhanced our celebration! Beyond the exceptional service, the cleanliness of the room, quality of the amenities (especially the pool being open in November!) only added to the overall positive experience. In our room, the radiator was making a ticking noise when the heat kicked on. So we ended up putting both of the Avian water bottles against it and that stopped the noise. The view inside the room was also AMAZING! Overall we wholeheartedly recommend The Royal Sonesta for its fantastic facilities and, most importantly, for its incredibly welcoming and thoughtful staff. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing Front Desk Staff
I'm the CEA to the Chairman/CEO of our company. His schedule can put him in anywhere from 4 to 6 cities a week - which can lead to last minute changes or adjustment when any piece falls through or cancels. I called the front desk needed to add an additional night to his current reservation. Mariana on the front desk was so helpful - so patient and reassuring - I knew I was and he would be in good hands. Mariana's kind of customer focus just isn't common anymore and I couldn't not acknowledge. We will be returning to this hotel when in Boston!

Excellent experience
We hosted our engagement party at Monteverdi and stayed at the hotel. Marianna at the desk greeted us with such enthusiasm, kindness, and service. She ensured our stay was comfortable as well as my mother-in-law’s. We had a kind suite with the most incredible river view. This really made our stay feel extra special. The bellman who carried our luggage was so kind and professional. It was a such a pleasure staying at the hotel.

Poor Customer Support
Still not yet receive and contact or email about my stay with the hotel almost 2 weeks ago for business. Very frustrated about the whole experience. I have never had any difficulty of receiving a printed or emailed receipt. All hotels I had stayed before automatically email to me the details without delay, even I was not a member. Impression was not very good as this was the very first time I ever stayed at this hotel and it was simply for it's convenience of attending the conference.
