Family Break
Highly recommend, polite and attentive staff, check in was seamless. Rooms are spacious and all necessary amenities provided Great selection for breakfast, did not get to try the Italian restaurant but heard good things. We will be back very soon! Thank you peppers team!

Hotel with opportunities
The bed heads were disintegrating in the room we were allocated. Which raised concerns about the hygiene of the bed. The first room also had a jet plane for air conditioning. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. However I booked a king room because of the size and have now ended up in a much smaller queen room with a bath that we don’t need.

Bicicletta is a must-visit for Italian Cuisine!
Fantastic place to dine, passionate and friendly staff. Not only do they provide a great selection of food and wine, but the staff go above and beyond to personalise your dining experience, particular shout out to Saurav, Kushal, the chefs and the team.

Pleasant stay for a weekend
Last time I stayed here was when it was the Diamant. I’ve been to Canberra that many times that I had actually forgotten I previously did stay here. The Diamant’s quirk still exists, but you can see the Pepper’s touch has been added. Rooms are large, and in room amenities are what you would expect as well. Considering that the building heritage listed, there’s only so much modification that can occur. With this in mind, the outside and inside seem like 2 worlds - which is positive. I did have a bit of a concern around the windows. You are in a close-ish proximity in some rooms to others across a courtyard. Windows are not tinted or frosted in the main part of the room. This was solved by closing blinds, but takes a moment to realise.

Hotel stay
We loved our stay at peppers, the hotel staff are really lovely particularly Saurav who had fantastic customer service and was really friendly to speak with. The hotel is always presented really well and the food is amazing. Will definitely be back for another stay :)
