Smooth valet process, Quick check in. Beautiful hotel! Lots of christmas theme celebrations going on in the hotel. The market was right out the hotel door steps. Shot out to Jacobi, valet assistant! Very attentive, friendly. Cant go wrong with hotel!!

“Exceptional Stay” From start to finish, our stay was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff who even shared great restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom stocked with amenities, and a fully stocked mini bar and fridge. Although our room overlooked the parking area, it was still peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, with a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff. The lobby bar offered a relaxing ambiance for drinks, and dinner at Vivante, the on-site restaurant, was excellent—delicious food and outstanding service. Just be sure to make reservations ahead of time! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the Christmas market, downtown restaurants, and a lovely walking path. We felt completely safe walking back late at night, which added to the convenience. A note on parking: the reviews are accurate. The on-site garage fills up quickly, especially if there’s an event. We arrived early (before check-in time) to secure a spot, and it worked out well. Valet is an option, but planning ahead for parking is a must. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed one night for special event. All staff we interacted with were professional in service and appearance. Room was well appointed. Pillows were not good-bring your own. Restaurant in hotel doesn't open til 5 so if you're looking for breakfast/lunch then room service only option. Jacobi was a great valet. Made a special request and he was able to accommodate us.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and wonderfully kind staff! Were offered even cold water before we left. Had forks brought to our room for our leftover cake bake. Enjoyed cocktails at the bar and breakfast at Vivante. Amazing people and beautiful hotel!

Jacobi at valet parking was excellent…kind, courteous, helpful. Hotel is beautiful. Went at Christmas time so it was very busy. Only disappointment was after attending a Civic Theatre show being told we couldn’t eat a late (9:30) dinner (servers had been sent home) at the restaurant and had to order room service.
