Christmas Spirit at Hotel Carmichael
Hotel Carmichael really added a special touch to our Christmas this year! Our room was lovely. Outstanding customer service! Includes: front desk, valet check in, bar & lounge. The bar area was so comfortable & cozy! The breakfast we had in the hotel before leaving was so delicious! Service was great! We sat at the bar. Bartender was very personable! Only downside was they were out of scones for us to try! NEXT TIME! Looking forward to another stat!

Phenomenal Experience
We were snowed in to this beautiful hotel this weekend and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for from the very beginning. Kyle assisted us with snow removal, and was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you all so much for your amazing attention to detail and a wonderful experience!

Lovely hotel!
Great experience and great hotel! We have stayed here a few times and really enjoy the food, service, and location. The hotel really is so unique for a suburban part of Indianapolis. On this particular visit, we had great service at the bar and from our valet, Jacobi.

Overnight for the Carmel Christmas Market
The hotel is very nice and the staff was excellent. Free parking was not available so we had to use the valet at $30 per night. Our room was 314 which is right above the ballroom which had a party going on. We called down and the manager was very nice. He offered to move us.

Fantastic hotel and staff
The hotel is beautiful. Everything is decorated well. We had some noisy neighbors and the manager on duty on December 21 brought us a bottle of wine and breakfast vouchers and was very apologetic about it. It was a party ending at 10:30 and he said if it’s noisy after that he would be happy to get us a new room. He took a problem and made it a very positive experience. When we left Jacobi brought our vehicle up and scrape the windows off and offered us water for our ride home. The other valet staff were also very helpful
