Nice decor and location but was incredibly noisy. We could hear our neighbors' conversations every day. The restaurant was nice as was the Citrus Club on the roof. The Citrus Club is first come-first serve and almost always had a very long wait list. There were no USB-C charging options only USB-A. The hotel needs to upgrade shower heads and water pressure. No way to plug in an alternate form of streaming i.e. a Fire-stick or Roku.

My wife and I travel internationally extensively and we've definitely got a high bar regarding lodging and service. The Dewberry is definitely top tier. Our definition of good service is when all the staff treat everyone like they are the most important folks in the building. ALL of your staff that we encountered met that standard...well done folks.

The staff were amazing and really helped you feel relaxed and cared for. The Citrus Club, outdoor top floor bar was a great place to read, visit and get some sun. One of the best views from downtown. Drinks were a little pricey but since no cover charge, I think totally fair for the experience

1. One evening at the Citrus Club, my daughter politely asked if they served hot tea. The young server, perhaps in their twenties, responded with, “We don’t serve anything hot here, and if you want tea, you can go down yourself and get it.” I was genuinely stunned—not just by the lack of service, but by how casually dismissive the response was, especially at what is considered a high-end establishment. It left us questioning the level of training and hospitality standards expected at a hotel of this caliber. 2. Additionally, the lack of vegetarian options across all hotel menus was disappointing. In today’s global and inclusive dining culture, it’s essential to recognize and respect diverse dietary preferences. Visitors from around the world expect at least a few thoughtful, well-prepared vegetarian dishes—not as an afterthought, but as a standard offering.

Stayed at The Dewberry for a quick girls trip and had the absolute best time! The hotel and grounds are beautiful and comfortable, and the entire staff is warm and accommodating. Having the house cars drop us off wherever we needed was extremely convenient and we were so thankful for Chirico at the valet for the navigation help and recommendations! We can’t wait to come back.
