We ate at Frankie + The Fox for my mom’s birthday and had an amazing time! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the ambiance was just right. The pastry chef was top notch and our food was delicious. Most notably, Marcello was an incredible server and embodied the type of warm, genuine hospitality that seems to be getting harder to find in today’s world. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Emeline’s impeccable service, convenient location, comfortable and beautiful accommodations…created the ideal travel experience. The valet and luggage staff (Jack, Mark and Jimmy) handled all of our needs with expertise, friendliness and efficiency…on both our arrival and departure days. We were checked in by Nicole who greeted us with warm and gracious hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to others. The Emeline’s attention to detail, ideal location and attentive, helpful staff provided a first class experience.

I just had the most amazing experience at the Emeline Hotel! My friend had planed a girls trip for our birthday girl, and from the time we arrived, until the time we left, the staff could not have been more accommodating and so kind. At Check in Nicole was so kind and so helpful with all of our questions. Her smile lit up the room. The valet team was magnificent in every way! Mark, Jimmy and Jack took exceptional care of us, unloaded our vehicle, collected all of our luggage which was delivered to our room in minutes. And upon Checkout, they had our bags loaded in the car so quickly and efficiently. The hotel was so beautiful and our room was perfect in every way. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel! It is in walking distance to everything from shopping to great restaurants and so much more. Thank you Emeline Hotel for your hospitality and your amazing staff! I will be back!

We had the privilege of staying at this adorable hotel for my birthday. The service was impeccable from the valet guys, Mark, Jack And Jimmy who unloaded and reloaded our cars and even put our to-go drinks in the cup holders to be set and ready for takeoff, while we were dining down the street. The attitudes and friendly hospitality of the guys and sweet Nicole, at reception, who welcomed us with such grace. I would highly recommend this hotel for the beautiful amenities, service and accommodating flair they all displayed for this group of gals from Texas! We love the Emeline, and look forward to our next stay there.

What an amazing experience! I went here on a girl’s trip and let me say..it was magical! The attention to detail was like none other! All of the staff were amazing, especially Nicole, Mark, Jimmy & Jack. Thank you thank you thank you for making our trip to Charleston one for the books! Can’t wait to come back!!
