I can’t say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at The Bennett Hotel in Charleston! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch, and the staff truly made it unforgettable. A special shoutout to Kevin, the concierge, he is an absolute legend! Having traveled all over the world, we can confidently say that Kevin is the best concierge we’ve ever encountered. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. We are incredibly grateful for his thoughtful recommendations and genuine care. The Patisserie was another highlight, gorgeous space, immaculately clean, and home to the most delightful pastries. It was the perfect spot to start our mornings. Don’t miss a visit to Lux Fiat, the rooftop bar, absolutely beautiful views and an ideal place to unwind with a drink. And the room? Incredibly comfortable. So much so that I ended up purchasing the pillows because I slept so well. If you're planning a trip to Charleston, staying at The Bennett is a must. We can’t wait to return!

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. Such beautiful atmosphere and the most comfortable rooms. Even better is the staff, who make you feel right at home. It’s also a perfect location. On King street in Charleston, walking distance to everything one may want to do in the city.

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay at the end of March. Every person we encountered was helpful, kind and professional. Kevin, the concierge, was hands down the best resource! He was so knowledgeable and everything we experienced because of his guidance was a 10/10. If he is working, definitely take time to talk with him. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to many sites/restaurants. The rooftop bar and cafe on site were both fantastic. As far as cleanliness, it was as expected for a hotel of this status. The bed was comfortable and it was excellent to have blackout shades in the room. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we’d happily book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bennett. Initially we booked at The Charleston Place which is centrally located and has amazing service and restaurants, but due to the pool's being under construction continued our stay at Hotel Bennett. The hotel is quite well-located - not right in the center like The Charleston Place but walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms large, beds are comfortable, housekeeping quite good with turndown service, and friendly people. Best of all was their heated pool where the water was fantastic, and we spent hours there before our day of touring. The pool is small but if you go at the right time in the morning, there are fewer people in it. We had the pool to ourselves, and while there were people, they were all tanning. It was truly the highlight! If I had to pick one thing, it would be the restaurant. The first day the wait was so long even though it was empty, and we ended up, like most people, at their La Patisserie where service was faster but food not healthy, feasting pastries and croissants. There is a Starbucks across the street in Francis Marion hotel. I was miffed at the restaurant facility, but the final day I was seated promptly and served breakfast fast, so I am not sure what was going on. I highly recommend this hotel for its service, rooms, and location. You can walk to everything - Bulldog tours, bus tours, carriage tours, and Charleston church.

Aimee was soo sweet and engaging and helpful when my husband took us to tea for my 30th bday! She went above and beyond to make our experience a 10/10!! Many thanks for making it such a special time 💞 Kevin was so sweet and professional as well, along with Jessie and George. :)
