One of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world. Anne and her team made our stay an absolute pleasure. The hotel is a quiet sanctuary with luxurious rooms and impeccable service. Our room was large and beautifully appointed, with an incredibly comfortable bed and delightful furnishings. Our spacious veranda was wonderful for relaxing with ahold book. The bathroom included double basins, a large bath and terrific shower. Delicious breakfasts. Dinner at Palette was outstanding. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is a tranquil escape and the staff takes care of everything! It’s a blend of old school charm and modern amenities. The lush greenery and sculptures guide you to your room and as your stay progresses, you only wish it was longer. Thank you Toto and everyone on staff who made it such an incredible experience, from pick up at the airport to drop off.

The place is located in a slump, down the street there’s a cannabis place that looks more like a crack house. Walking around this place I felt completely unsafe. Now for the actual place, the suites are ok but not amazing, the restaurants are a joke, we made reservations on two different occasions and they were not honor. So it’s a waste of time making them. The housekeeping it’s another issue, left specific instructions and they were completely ignored, I have not had my room cleaned since. Breakfast it’s another problem, the waitress/waitresses are not fluid in English so it’s always an ordeal getting your order right. I tried to leave this place early but couldn’t change my flight. I do not recommend this place at all
