Ace Hotel Chicago

The entire staff was amazing!!! I only needed to stay for one night and this is my 2nd time staying there. One mention of importance is the gym on the lower level is really good.. I would show more pictures on the preview of the amenities. Good bar food is tasty and great cafe.

Great hotel! Beautiful rooms, centrally located and fantastic restaurants. We went for a wedding and they were so so accommodating to make sure I was near some of my family’s rooms and allowed us to check in earlier because our room was ready. Awesome stay!

The location was perfect for my family. My oldest daughter lives in Fulton Market area. There were no issues with check-in or check-out. Walking distance to everything one needs while here. Parking is valet only so I parked in garage across Morgan Street. Room was pleasant, accommodating and quiet.

My room was immaculate, featuring plush bedding, high-end amenities, and a stunning view of the Chicago skyline. It was the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day exploring the city. One standout feature is their rooftop bar. The ambiance, coupled with expertly crafted cocktails and breathtaking views, made for an unforgettable evening. The on-site dining options are equally impressive—every meal was a culinary masterpiece. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to top attractions, trendy neighborhoods, and public transit. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, The Emily Hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a true gem that exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t wait to return!

Loved the vibe and food was wonderful! Rooms are clean just a great hotel all a round! I will definitely come back definitely wanna check out the movie theater area. Didn’t get the chance to because we went out for New Year’s but everything was so good. The staff members are friendly drinks!
